Orange Facts

I love this fruit! It is a brilliant snack and is so refreshing! But what I really hate is when they have pips in that’s why I do prefer clementines or tangerines. I have a thing with pips in fruit it makes me go funny and I just hate it ha!

This fruit contains minerals such as calcium, magnesium, potassium and phosphorous. They are a great source of vitamin C.

History:ย 

It is believed to originate from the twentieth century by a French missionary in Algiers. Since then this fruit has been gaining great popularity. Most of their production happens in Morocco due to the perfect climate.

Storage:ย 

These fruits can be stored in the fridge or in a fruit bowl.

Recipes:

Clementines and oranges can be used in recipes to give things a lovely orange taste. They’re great in cakes or even in some main dishes like a stir fry. Also, I highly suggest making your own orange juice out of fresh oranges.
